HOPON YOUTH PROGRAMS

Meet Sam Hargreaves
Sam has been a competitive road cyclist for over 14 years, including five seasons racing in Europe. While she got her start riding road, track, mountain, and cyclocross, her passion has always been road and track.
Now, Sam is shifting gears from athlete to coach and sport leader. This past year, she began studying Personal Training at MRU to strengthen her coaching knowledge, completed the HopOn Instructor course, and started working toward her NCCP coaching certifications.
Cycling has always been a huge part of Sam’s life — and she’s excited to share that passion with the next generation of riders.
