The ABA will be hosting Zoom sessions during the 2023 season to increase interaction between coaches and athletes while offering some helpful tips on training and race preparation. There will be some guest speakers during these interactive webinars and regardless of age, ability, years in the sport, athletes and coaches will ride away with gained knowledge.
INVITEES: Any athlete or coach interested in participating including all disciplines and categories (any age, any ability).
FORMAT: Participants will be provided with a homework assignment prior to the meeting. The webinar will begin with 15-20 of presentation around the assignment and then have an interactive Q&A session.
