Alberta Bicycle Association Annual General Meeting

The Alberta Bicycle Association's Annual General Meeting  will be held on Saturday November 7, 2009 at the University of Alberta in Edmonton. The AGM will run from 12:00 pm until 4:00pm at the Van Vliet Centre Room E-121 

At the Annual General Meeting, we:

  1. Approve amendments to the By-laws of the Corporation
  2. Approve the financial statements of the Corporation and receive the auditor’s report regarding such financial statements
  3. Appoint auditors for the following year
  4. Elect members to the Board of Directors, Racing Committee and BMX Committee

We hope to have as many members come and join us as possible. Any member of the ABA has the opportunity to vote. If you are unable to make it, you can have the President of your member club vote on your behalf. Contact your club for details to ensure that your voice is heard.
